Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes. Purchase a higher-tier license and apply it to your existing installation. All your data, devices, and configuration carry over. No reinstall needed.
What counts as a "device"?
Anything with an IP that you monitor: switches, routers, firewalls, servers, workstations, printers, APs, UPS units, NAS. If it has a heartbeat, it's a device.
What hardware do I need?
Any server with Docker, 8GB+ RAM, and 4+ CPU cores. For Wayne AI, an NVIDIA GPU (RTX 3060 or better) is recommended but not required — Wayne can run on CPU, just slower.
How does licensing work?
Annual license purchased through our website. You receive a license key that activates your tier. License includes one year of updates and support. Renew annually to keep getting updates.
Is my data secure?
Your data never leaves your network. Everything runs on-premises — the database, the AI engine, the application. No cloud calls, no telemetry, no data exfiltration. Full air-gap support.
What happens if I don't renew?
The platform keeps running with your current version. You just stop receiving updates and support. Your data and configuration are never affected — you own the installation.
Can I monitor multiple sites?
Yes. Deploy a collector at each site. All collectors push to your central on-premises server. Professional includes 3 collectors, Business includes 10, Enterprise is unlimited.
